Our Policy:RESERVATION A credit card or cash deposit must guarantee all reservations. Advance-deposit can be made at any SBI bank in favor of 'Holiday Trip Advisor” A/C No. 42682773426, IFSC Code: SBIN0010411. According to Indian Income Tax guidelines, a cash deposit of INR 50,000/- and more requires a PAN card identification. Cash payment of INR 2,00,000/- or more will not be accepted, as per Section 269ST of the Indian Income Tax Act.
Cancellation Policy:Cancellations that are made from the day of booking Rs 1500 charges applicable. Cancellations that are made between 7 - 14 days before the start of the trip, 25% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee. For Cancellations that are made between 3-7 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made between 0-2 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Terms & Conditions:A Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can either be the guest's driving license, passport, voter identification card or Aadhaar card. Indirect taxes would be governed as per the current provisions of the GST Act. For accommodation, guest laundry, restaurant, banquet, and spa services the place of supply will be the place where the immovable property is located/ the services are actually performed. Accordingly, CGST + SGST would be applied, except for supplies to SEZ. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged through our Reservations Desk.
